According to the data issued by the Cyprus Department of Lands and Surveys the total number of contracts deposited at Land Registry offices in July 2023 has reached 1,362 as compared to 1,218 in July 2022.
Larnaca in July 2023 leaded in terms of sales, showing 46% increase as compared to July 2022. Other districts were more moderate in sales growth demonstrating 2-8% rise in sales volumes.
Limassol and Larnaka in July 2023 remained the main point of interest for real estate investors with their total share 55.4% in total sales.
